The Rules of Commodity Data Modification (the “Rules”) are data modification procedures and rules for commodities launched on the Platform made by EPEC E-commerce Co., Ltd. (the “Platform Operator”), the operator of EPEC International E-commerce platform (the “Platform”).

The Rules follow the management philosophy of “open business, process under control, full records, and permanent traceability” to ensure that the modification operation process is standardized, and guarantee that the Platform’s commodity data is true and reliable.

3.1 The Rules apply to the modification of data of commodities launched on the Platform.

3.1.1 Supplier Members may apply for modification of market price, picture information, commodity or item description and other data of commodities launched.

3.2 If the Member voluntarily uses the product information translation service provided by the Procurement Manager Function Service Supplier, the Procurement Manager Function Service Supplier may translate the product data and order information and directly publish it on the pages in other languages. Once requested by the Member, the Procurement Manager Function Service Supplier can modify the product data or order information according to relevant provisions of the Rules. Please refer to the Limitation of Liabilities of Procurement Manager for the functions and rules of the Procurement Manager Function Service Supplier.

4.1 The flow chart of online commodity data modification process is attached hereto as Annex 1.

4.1.1 The Suppler Member applicant shall submit the modification application by e-mail or online. In case of data modification, the applicant shall specify the current value and the modified value; in case of picture modification, the applicant shall provide the picture in accordance with the standard format requirement for launching commodity.

4.1.2 The Platform is responsible for reviewing the modification application. The approved application shall enter the data modification process and the rejected application shall be returned and modified.

4.1.3 If the modification application is approved after the Platform’s review, the Platform shall modify the data as required by the modification application.

4.1.4 The Platform shall inform the applicant upon completion of data modification.

5.1 The Rules shall be effective on its promulgation date.

5.2 The Rules shall be interpreted by the Platform Operator.

5.3 The Platform Operator reserves the right to amend the Rules or formulate the supplementary rules and publicize the amended rules or the supplementary rules from time to time. The amended rules or relevant supplementary rules will be effective on the date of publicizing on the website or on the designated date in the public announcement. The Rules shall be legally binding on all relevant parties on the Platform from the effective date.
