I. Concept

Inquire about quantity, quotation, delivery terms and payment of products.

II. RFQ entry

Three means: products list page, products details page and My Cart list page.

III. Who will respond to the RFQ?

Inquiries for products in store operated by SINOPEC: Procurement Manager corresponding to the supplier of products will respond;

Inquiries for products in store not operated by SINOPEC: Procurement Manager corresponding to the regions of the Buyers of products will respond;

IV. How to view response to inquiries?

Visit My Epec RFQ information management page and search for response in the list page.

V. How to inquire again the products whose transaction is terminated or failed.

Method 1: Visit My Epec RFQ history management page and search for products data that need RFQ again in the list page, place it in the shopping cart and inquire on the shopping cart page.

Method 2: Search for products that need RFQ again on the products list page, place it in the shopping cart and inquire on the shopping cart page.
