Store

I. How to apply for opening of store?

Visit My Epec and click on Apply for Store, which will jump to store information maintenance page. Following instructions on the page to provide complete information and click on Apply button. The store can be stored after the Procurement Manager reviews and approves.

II. When applying for the store, I am informed that Procurement Manager distribution is not established.

Visit Procurement Manager module in English store, find the information, phone number, email and online contact of the Procurement Managers influencing the regions of the company to contact Procurement Manager for solution. After the Procurement Manager handles it, apply for store in regular process.

III. Why the store applications are not approved?

The store information does not follow regulations; the uploaded photos and other appendixes don’t meet requirements, such as Chinese words are found in the photo’s scripts.

IV. Why are store frozen and how to defreeze?

Sensitive information is found in the information shown in the store, or other causes. Contact the Procurement Manager offline to ask for causes of freezing. If it is because of sensitive information, first submit for information modification and contact the Procurement Manager offline for de-freezing after the approval is given
