• Introduction:Rongsheng Machinery Manufacture Ltd. Of Huabei Oilfield (Hebei) (Rongsheng Company) is the reformed enterprise of CNPC. It is founded in 1976. Rongsheng Company was registered as limited company in Trade and Industry Bureau in Hebei Province on May, 2002. Rongsheng Company has been a large international well-known petroleum machinery manufacturing enterprises mainly in manufacturing petroleum drilling and mining equipments. At the end of 2008, Rongsheng Company has 1328 employees and RMB 1,126,800,000 total assets. Rongsheng Company was appointed as the “Well Control Equipment Support Center under the China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Company”. At the end of 2008, the Company has been cumulative sold 8114 units of BOP and cumulative exported 3005 units of BOP. It has been the biggest sales land BOP manufacturing enterprise in the world. Rongsheng Company was selected as “Top ten enterprise of oil drilling and production equipments” in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, Rongsheng Company was selected successively as “Top fifty enterprise of China petroleum and petrochemical equipment”. In 2006, Rongsheng Company was selected as one of “the ten famous brands of China petroleum drilling and production special equipments “and “custom satisfied machinery enterprise in oil machinery industry. Rongsheng Company was selected as “Top 500 of China machinery industry”. The technical center of Rongsheng Company is approved by Hebei province. The center has 173 engineers, above them there are 29 professionals and senior engineers. Rongsheng Company was equipped with advanced Pro-E software with technical methods of the three-dimensional entity model, finite element analysis and casting process phantom simulation analyze. Rongsheng Company has got 45 Bureau scientific achievement awards, 8 Province and ministry scientific achievement awards, 20 valid national patents and 20 in-auditing national patents. Among them, 15 national patents and 4 province and ministry scientific achievement awards are on well control equipments. Rongsheng Company is one of the editor of national standard GB/T20174-2006 of “Oil and natural gas industry drilling and production equipment, drilling Equipment”. Rongsheng Compnay undertakes the project of “Research of well control equipments with high-H2S” and has completed the research of BOP with anti-high-H2S. Now, “the develop of subsea BOP” of Rongsheng Company has been included in “National 863 project”. Rongsheng Company has got through API certificates of 8 products of tool joints, BOP, pumping unit, tubings, well head, kill and choke manifold and drilling pump. The company has got through the certificates of ISO 9001 (the international management standard with its quality management system), ISO 14001 (environment management system), OHSAS 18001 (occupational healthy and safe standard), oil industry HSE management standard and secondary certificate of safe and quality standard in national machinery manufacture industry. The Company is a state class Ⅱ measuring unit. The Company is equipped with a province inspection lab. Rongsheng Compnay is equipped with tens of precise inspecting apparatus, such as direct-read spectrum analyzer, NC tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, large scale hardness gage and metallurgical microscope. So, the Company has ability to analyze and inspect the material components, composition and mechanical performance rapidly and accurately. The Company is equipped with series of measuring tools and gauge (such as middle size projecting apparatus and uniterm inspectors) and inspection apparatus (such as ultrasonic flaw detector) for totally inspecting and controlling of manufacturing process. The main products are 5 series: including well control equipment(BOP, accumulator, manifold), mud pump(drilling pump, work over pump), tool joint, pumping unit, tubing etc., the production capacity is 200 million USD. BOP and mud pump are the core main product, the production capacity is 120 and 30 million USD respectively. The company have a strong capacity for machinery manufacturing.. We have 617 sets of all kinds of equipments for casing, forging,, welding, heat treatment, surface treatment, machining and inspecting, 232 sets of them are metal cutting machine, 61 sets of them are vertical or horizontal NC machine center. The company have full experiences for bigger casting parts (BOP body) of pressure-resistance, corrosion-resistance, it has advanced high pressure alloy steel casting production line, the main equipment are one set 15 tons and 3 tons electric arc furnace respectively, one set 30 tons LF finery, regeneration device for organic ester sodium silicate sand, sand blasting equipment etc., the yearly production capacity of casting parts is 12000 tons, the biggist weight of casting parts is 15 tons, the key pressure containing members apply fine steel process, it can fully ensure the procuct quality and has a unique compective advantage. The company import FUNIS welding machine from Austria which can build-up welding stainless stell on the BOP surface where exposed to wellbore fluids automatically to meet the H2S resistance requiements for BOPs. All the non-proceessed surface of all parts are treated by sand blasting, key parts and dimensions are machined by NC machine center and inspected by NDE of radiography, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrosonic examination. BOP production line is equiped with CNC high pressure test device, the hydraulic test pressure is 40000Psi, while the air test pressure is 20000 Psi. All the rubber parts of BOP are designed and manufactured by the company, we have advanced rubber refining and sulfidation equipments, perfect inspecting and test device, we have the key technology for low temperature –resistance, high temperature –resistance,, H2S resistance BOP ruber parts manufacturing, two of the key technologies have been passed CNPC science and technology examination. BOP is our company’s main product, which is researched and developed by ourselves. Since 1986, we started to develop and produce BOP. After over 20 years development, we develop two series of BOP, which includes drilling BOP and workover BOP. We have more than 150 models of BOP, the bore size of BOP is from 2 9/16” in to 29 1/2”in and the pressure is from 500psi to 15000psi. We accomplished many key technique one after another, such as material performance, anti corrosion, seal structure and rubber product etc. At the same time, we awarded 15 national patents and 4 bureau science achievements. Now we can meet the requirements of drilling, drilling under pressure, work over, borehole operation, formation testing, non-kill operation etc.. we have six new technique products which include 9”-10000psi BOP, shear ram assembly, large range variable ram assembly, diverter system, 15000psi extra-high pressure BOP and 13 5/8”-10000psi packing unit. Over 20 new products fill the blank of China oil industry. The 15000psi extra-high pressure BOP awarded gold prize of international petroleum, petrochemical industry, petrochemical engineering, equipment and technique exhibition in 2003, second prize of CNPC technique advancement and third prize of national safety in production technique achievement. At present, our company has become the largest land drilling BOP and all specification and series manufacture plant. Mud pump is new product developed in recent years, which has international advanced design, manufacture and lower price. It has strong competition in Middle east, Central Asia, Northern American and Southern American. Now we have F series (F500、F800、F1000、F1300、F1600), P series （8-P-80、9-P-100、10-P-130、12-P-160）, 3NB series（3NB1300、3NB1600）, W series （W440、W500）, PAH350 and TEE300 mud pump and pump set. We have specialized sale network，management style and service effect，besides meeting the requirements in Huabei oilfield , our products have distributed almost all the Chinese oilfield , including Daqing oilfield , Tuha oilfield , Talimu oilfield , Xinjiang oilfield , Shengli oilfield，Dagang oilfield , Zhongyuan oilfield , Changqing oilfield, Liaohe oilfield , Jilin oilfield , Jiangsu oilfield , Yumen oilfield , Sichuan oilfield , Bohai oilfield , Nanhai oilfield etc, Our company has been confirmed as production basis of exporting product by CNPC export network and CPTDC .
