• Introduction:Founded in 1993, Shandong Jinpeng Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. was initially named the Boshan Jinpeng Pump Factory, before being renamed in 2004. It is located at Dongxing Street No. 260, Shima Town, Boshan District, Zibo City, and is classified as a limited liability company. The Company has been cooperating with major oil fields in China for over 20 years, and has a registered capital of 50 million yuan, and fixed assets of 50 million yuan. It covers an area of more than 32,000 m2, and its construction area is 18,000 m2. This area includes one comprehensive laboratory building which covers an area of 2,000 m2, one assembly workshop covering an area of 4,500 m2, two machine workshops covering an area of 3,000 m2, and one welder room with an area of 500 m2. Being an exclusive proprietary product with independent intellectual property rights, the large-displacement high-pressure boxer piston pump is classified at the international advanced level, with two invention patents and 13 utility model patents. The Company has 81 employees including 20 engineering and technical personnel, and 16 employees have a university degree or higher. The Company is engaged in perennial cooperation with the Electrical and Mechanical School at the Shandong University of Technology, and jointly organized the Large-displacement High-pressure Piston Reciprocating Pump Engineering Research Center in Zibo with the Zibo Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. In 2010 the Company invested 30 million yuan to purchase a TH6816B super-large processor (Siemens core components and technology) and a GMC2060r2 super-large gantry-type five-sided milling and boring center (Siemens core components and technology). Both processors are equipped with German tool setting gauges and imported cutters to ensure accuracy and stable machine production cycles. The Company has the largest experimental station of reciprocating pumps and centrifugal pumps, with an area of 1,500 m2 in China, a 300 cubic meter underground water tank, and a 300 cubic meter simulated oilfield above ground water tank (with a relative height of 11 meters). Experimental data is automatically collected. The Company has established a regular liaison mechanism with academic researchers and the Shandong University of Technology regarding service life of parts. This maintains the continuous improvement of material technology and guarantees service life. The Company provides production and after-sales services according to customer needs and expectations, in accordance with the quality standard systems of the American Petroleum Institute APIQ1 and GB/T19001-2000 to ensure customer satisfaction. It takes the problems raised by users seriously and according to the principles of rapid treatment, the Company ensures it deals with a problem on site in China within 24 hours.
