Formerly known as Changyi Petrochemical Complex, the company was founded in 1986 and was put into production in 1988. It is the first petrochemical enterprise based in petroleum refining in Weifang. After more than ten years of continuous development, it has total assets of 540 million yuan (including fixed assets of 370 million yuan), more than 1,000 employees, covering an area of more than 500,000 square meters. It is a national large (one) type enterprise.
There are six entity companies and ten production workshops in the whole company. There are fourteen sets of various refinery units.
